Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love LizDresses purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied we have options to get you in the perfect dress. We accept exchange, returns for a refund or store credit. Please contact us if you want to do that.

Exchanges: Should you need a different size in the same style dress, please contact us.

All items can only be exchanged once for a replacement of the same style; please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after returned items are received.

If you purchased your dresses on LizDresses and would like to exchange them for a different style, you will need to return the items for a refund and place a new order on LizDress.(Note: A restocking fee will be charged in such case. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.).

 

Returns: Standard size dress in "as in picture" color, no additional changes are made to alter the original design may be returned for a full refund, unless otherwise stated.

For customized items, are made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. The finished images will be provided for your confirmation before shipping. You could cancel orders with maximum 40% refund of your order full cost for dissatisfaction before shipping. They can’t be returned or exchanged after shipping.

For pre-designed items, which are also made-to-order, even with standard size, may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Store Credits: Sale items may be returned for a full store credit, valid for 5 years from issue date.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
